Our Why

Homelessness is more than just a nightly news story. It affects countless individuals in
our county for various reasons. We’re witnessing a distressing rise in homeless families,
even with children.

•  Some find themselves addicted to drugs or alcohol as a result of a complex mix
  of trauma, poverty, or discrimination.
•  Others face mental health challenges stemming from a multitude of causes.
• Life changes like divorce, job loss, or serious health conditions can render
  someone homeless too.

In the midst of this epidemic, the Bible and the Gospel of Jesus Christ hold an
extraordinary power to uplift and transform lives in spiritual, social, and economic
aspects. We are all like a masterpiece being crafted on God's potter's wheel, guiding us
to reach our full potential and destiny through refinement. Our unwavering commitment
is to restore, empower, and serve others while spreading Christ's love and guiding
principles.

MISSION STATEMENT

We are an Illinois non-profit corporate organization committed to helping the homeless and disadvantaged. Our goal is to see clients rehabilitated, restored to their families, employed, and living productive lives in the community through the power of the Gospel applied to their lives.
